These terms apply to anyone browsing this website or submitting an enquiry or franchise application through it. They govern your use of the site only — they are separate from, and do not replace, the formal partner agreement that would be issued to a business once a franchise application is approved.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to enter into a franchise, supply or commercial relationship with Yaprak Doner Co. Figures, timelines and examples shown across the site (including onboarding timeframes, commission structure and earnings examples) are illustrative only and will vary by kitchen, location and order volume. A franchise relationship only comes into effect once a separate written partner agreement has been reviewed and signed by both parties.
When you submit the "Become a Franchise" application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and Yaprak Doner Co reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion, including where a kitchen does not meet minimum hygiene, space or capacity requirements.
The Yaprak Doner Co name, logo, recipes, packaging designs and related branding are the property of Yaprak Doner Co and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission. Approved franchise partners are granted a limited licence to use this branding solely as set out in their partner agreement.
We take reasonable care to keep the content on this site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty — express or implied — that all information is complete, current or error-free. Where content on this site conflicts with the terms of a signed partner agreement, the partner agreement takes precedence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yaprak Doner Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including reliance on any illustrative figures shown on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
